🌟 Languages Tutor - Japanese (Spring 2026 & Summer 2026)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to support our students in their Japanese language journey. This role offers a great chance to develop teaching skills and participate in cultural activities.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Provide at least five hours of tutoring per week in Japanese to help students enhance their language skills.
• Attend Tutor Meetings and Training Sessions, maintaining ongoing communication with the Tutoring Coordinator and the Assistant Director of Administration.
• Assist in departmental cultural activities and weekly conversation sessions to promote engagement and cultural understanding.

📝 Required Qualifications

• Advanced or near-native fluency in Japanese
• Intermediate-to-high proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience in Japanese (preferred).
• Graduate or advanced undergraduate student status (preferred).
• Familiarity with language teaching or pedagogy (preferred).
