About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Japanese-English Language Instructor to help measure the progress, evaluate logic, and troubleshoot AI chatbots. Your expertise will directly enhance the quality and performance of our AI models.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI-generated responses
• Engage in conversations with chatbots in both Japanese and English to measure their development
• Create novel dialogues to train chatbots on appropriate responses

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluency in both English and Japanese
• Expert-level linguistics knowledge
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Attention to detail and a meticulous approach
• Having a Bachelor's degree (in progress, completed, or currently pursued) is preferred but not mandatory
