About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Japanese-English Language Instructor to join our team in training AI models. Your primary responsibilities will include measuring chatbot progress, evaluating their logic, and crafting conversations to enhance AI performance.

In this role, you will need to demonstrate expert-level linguistics skills. You will engage in conversations with chatbots in both Japanese and English, assessing their development and creating new dialogues to teach and improve their responses.

Responsibilities 📝

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their responses
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI outputs
• Create novel conversations to teach chatbots appropriate responses

Qualifications ✅

• Fluency in both English and Japanese
• Attention to detail
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Knowledge of or current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
