Position Overview

🌟 Responsibilities for Japanese-English Language Inside Sales Assistant

• Process purchase orders: Facilitate clear communication between customers, vendors, and international headquarters regarding order status and logistics.
• Issue invoices: Generate invoices for customers and suppliers, manage accounts receivable and customer credit lines.
• Customer service: Provide exceptional support by following up with clients, ensuring satisfaction with product quality, logistics timing, and overall experience.
• Production scheduling: Coordinate timely production and ensure prompt delivery of products.
• Database management: Maintain and update client information regularly.
• Collaboration with accounting: Work closely with the accounting department to ensure proper transaction recording.
• Other duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager.

✨ Qualifications for Japanese-English Language Inside Sales Assistant

• Education: Associate degree in International Business or a related field (preferred).
• Technical skills: Proficient in Excel, data entry, and MS Office applications (email, Word, spreadsheets).
• Language proficiency: Bilingual in Japanese and English, with professional-level reading and writing skills.
• Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
