An international automotive parts manufacturing company is seeking a Japanese / English Bilingual HR Administrator to support their office located in the Farmington Hills, MI area. The ideal candidate will bring HR experience and collaborate on strategic initiatives to enhance organizational success.
Responsibilities of the Japanese / English Bilingual HR Administrator
- 🤝 Communicate effectively with other departments and colleagues
- 🔒 Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and procedures
- 🎯 Assist with recruitment by selecting, screening, and interviewing candidates
- 📝 Coordinate orientations for newly hired employees
- 📂 Maintain and update employee records in company databases
- 💰 Support budgets and payroll processes
- 📊 Create reports on HR activity for management review
- ⚙️ Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements for the Bilingual HR Administrator Role
- 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 🈳 Ability to speak, read, and write in Japanese at a business level
- 🗣️ Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- 🗣️ Fluent in verbal and written English
- 🌐 Adaptability to working in a multicultural environment
- 🔄 Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and perform under pressure
- 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related programs
- ✨ Positive attitude with keen attention to detail
- 🇯🇵 Japanese language ability and/or experience working for a Japanese company is a plus but not required
