Position Details

• Office Location: New York, NY 🗽
• Division: Customer Support Division
• Work Style: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days per week onsite, with flexibility for additional office days based on demand) 🏢
• FLSA Status: Exempt
• Salary Range: $85,000 – $90,000 per year 💰
• Target Bonus: 6% (depending on company, division, or individual performance) 🎯
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 🕘

• Experience Required: Over 5 years in relevant IT support roles

Key Responsibilities 🙌

• Provide expert analysis and user support: Assist with procurement consultations, end-user problem resolution, troubleshooting guidance, and develop scripts for support activities.
• Participate in system deployment: Engage in the design, testing, and deployment of client configurations across the company.
• Consult with end-users: Optimize the use of hardware, software, and system functions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and test documentation: Create detailed documents, modify programs based on specifications, and ensure compatibility during testing phases.
• Training & Education: Design training programs and materials, and provide user instructions to improve business processes.

• Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in English and business-level Japanese.
