📈 Business Development Executive

Summary: We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to expand our market reach, focusing on the semiconductor, telecommunication, and aerospace sectors across North America.

🌍 Location

Santa Ana, CA (also with offices in El Segundo and New Jersey)

🕒 Working Hours & Style

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
• One-hour break
• Fully On-Site work environment

🔍 Position Overview

This role centers on expanding our company's market presence by collaborating with manufacturing companies and design houses in the Semiconductor, Telecommunication, and Aerospace sectors, especially in emerging and strategic markets.

🤝 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for electronic components across North America
• Evaluate and coordinate new projects internally and externally, including with affiliated companies
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing technical and commercial support
• Conduct on-site customer visits to support design-in activities and ensure customer satisfaction
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences
• Achieve sales targets set by management
• Prepare timely reports for management and headquarters
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams
• Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and delivery schedule coordination across stakeholders
• Willing to travel frequently within the US and occasionally internationally ✈️

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum of 2-3 years sales experience with electronic components or semiconductor devices within the United States
• Willingness to travel frequently within the US and internationally ✈️
• Strong communication skills in Japanese—verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Possession of a valid US driver’s license 🚗
