• Travel: As needed locally to facilities in Southern California

🔧 Key Duties & Responsibilities

Property Management Tasks

• Respond to tenant inquiries and troubleshoot facilities issues and complaints.
• Facilitate repairs or replacements and coordinate with vendors.
• Manage invoicing and communicate with renters and vendors for smooth processing.

Monthly or Irregular Tasks

• Collect rent monthly, including past due rents.
• Coordinate site visitations for prospective renters.

Sales Tasks

• Suggest and sell additional properties to current renters and prospective clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Language: Fully bilingual in Japanese and English; reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Japanese are required.
• Proficiency: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience: Prior sales or sales assistance experience is a plus.
