Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 📝 Business English proficiency required; Bilingual in Japanese preferred
• 🔐 At least 1 year of cybersecurity experience; 3-5 years preferred
• 💻 Proficiency with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• 🛡️ Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, and endpoint security tools
• 📜 Strong understanding of security policy implementation and enforcement
• 🍣 Knowledgeable in Japanese foods and beverages

Key Job Responsibilities

• 🔍 Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts using SIEM, Microsoft security tools, and other platforms
• 🚨 Perform triage, analysis, and containment of security incidents, escalating complex cases as needed
• 🛡️ Manage and support enterprise security tools including firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, endpoint protection, and Microsoft Defender/M365 security platforms
• 📱 Oversee endpoint security and device compliance via tools like Microsoft Intune and other MDM/MAM solutions
• 🔧 Support vulnerability management, system patching, and remediation efforts to reduce risks
• ⚖️ Enforce security policies and ensure compliance with standards such as J-SOX
• 📝 Maintain incident documentation, support audits, and provide security guidance across business units
• 🤝 Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on security operations, infrastructure support, and ERP initiatives
