- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (at least 3 days in the office after training)
- Starting Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year (dependent on experience)

💼 Job Summary
This role involves identifying customer needs, proposing suitable technical solutions, and supporting the sales process for IT products and services. You'll prepare proposals, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships and providing effective pre-sales support are key components of this position.
🎯 Primary Responsibilities
- Develop sales opportunities through telemarketing and client visits
- Manage follow-ups on existing and potential clients to advance sales pipelines
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone and email
- Prepare sales documentation including proposals, quotations, and orders
- Track and update sales opportunities, projects, and schedules
- Submit daily activity and sales performance reports
- Participate in internal and client meetings as required
- Support sales operations by preparing sales materials and related documents
- Business travel may be required (occasionally)
- Perform other duties as assigned
🛠️ Required Skills & Experiences
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (reading, writing, speaking); JLPT N1 equivalent required
- 2–3 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in IT solutions or B2B environments
- Strong ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and customer-facing materials
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Collaborative work ethic with technical teams and cross-departmental coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated and proactive with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel for business as needed
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a good driving record
- Must be able to commute to the office in Fort Lee, NJ
- Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided)
