It blends hands-on technical service with sales-oriented activities, focusing over 50% of efforts on identifying opportunities for machine modifications and parts supply while collaborating closely with our sales team.

🔧 Essential Duties

• Install, repair, and troubleshoot industrial machinery, particularly reading and modifying PLC ladder logic (Mitsubishi, Omron, and Keyence).
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for Japanese supervisors visiting the site, ensuring smooth communication in bilingual settings.
• Assist the sales team during customer visits by providing technical insights and uncovering sales opportunities for equipment upgrades or parts.
• Create technical quotes and manage purchase orders (POs) for parts and service requests.
• Conduct customer training on machine operation and deliver technical presentations to prospective clients.
• Ensure all service reports are completed accurately and signed by the customer before departure.

🕒 Working Hours & Style

• Hours: 40 hours per week; exempt salary position (standard overtime pay does not apply).
• Travel: Approximately 25%–50%, including overnight stays in southern states like Mississippi, Alabama, or Georgia. Some projects may require longer durations based on installation schedules.
• Work Style: Hands-on field work demanding professionalism, a proactive approach, and a sales-oriented mindset.

📍 Working Location

Florence, KY, with travel covering regions including Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, and Georgia.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 annually (final offer based on skills and experience).

🎓 Qualifications
