Position: Japanese Bilingual Field Application Engineer

Compensation: Base salary of $100,000 – $116,000 annually 💰

Hiring Style: Direct, Full-time

Responsibilities

• Primary Technical Interface: Act as the main point of contact for the client, fostering strong relationships with their engineering and program teams 🤝
• Technical Support: Provide connector selection, design-in, and application engineering support tailored to client requirements 🛠️
• Design-Win Activities: Lead efforts to ensure compliance with electrical, mechanical, thermal, and reliability standards to achieve successful design wins 🎯
• Collaboration: Work closely with the client and internal engineering teams on prototype builds, qualification processes, and readiness for mass production ⚙️

Qualifications

• Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in both English and Japanese, including speaking, reading, and writing skills 🗣️📖
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, Physical Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field 🎓
