📋 Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated bilingual (Japanese & English) Passenger Service Agent to assist airline passengers efficiently and courteously. If you meet the qualifications below and are ready to start within two weeks, we encourage you to apply!
📝 Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Availability to work on 2 shifts: 6:00 am - 7:00 pm and 5:00 pm - 3:00 am, including weekends and holidays (5 days a week, rotating shifts)
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
- Valid US driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willing to work overtime during flight delays
- Authorized to work in the US
- Can start within 2 weeks of offer (Note: interview process may take a few weeks)
- Customer service, hospitality, airline, or travel experience preferred but not required.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $26.80 – $28.13/hr
- Unpaid lunch break
- FLSA status: Non-exempt
- Benefits include: Health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) plan with matching
