What Your Day Will Look Like 🚀

• Organize and manage your assigned book of business through efficient handling of incoming tasks
• Deliver exceptional customer service during high-quality interactions to build strong client relationships
• Promote additional solutions by presenting new products to existing clients
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to develop sales and retention strategies
• Achieve and surpass revenue targets via renewals, cross-sell, up-sell, and new business acquisition
• Develop professionally through ongoing training and development opportunities

Ideal Skills and Experience ✅

• Valid Property and Casualty license
• Fluent in Japanese and English — spoken and written
• Commercial Insurance experience
• 2-3 years in broking and placing all lines of P&C coverage for commercial clients
• Ability to advise, recommend, and explain P&C products tailored to client needs
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, GSuite, and Salesforce (a plus)

Educational Qualifications 🎓

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Additional Details 📌

• Location: Multiple locations including San Francisco and Los Angeles
• Compensation: $75,000 – $105,000 annually, based on qualifications and location
• This role participates in Aon's annual incentive plans, offering potential discretionary bonuses.
