About the Role
This isn't a role for a distant executive; it’s for a high-bandwidth builder ready to make a tangible impact. You will report directly to the Founders and VP of Marketing, serving as the bridge between high-level strategy and on-the-ground execution. Your primary focus will be owning the "Trust & Growth" engine for the Italian market.
What We Are Looking For
- The "Elite Operator" Profile: Approximately 5 years of experience, likely starting in Management Consulting or Investment Banking, followed by hands-on experience in a high-growth B2C startup.
- Analytical Rigor: Skilled in building models, decks, and project plans to support ideas. Highly structured and process-driven.
- B2C Marketing DNA: Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, CAC/LTV metrics, and branding that connects with Italian consumers.
- Public Versatility: Comfortable presenting at conferences, podcasts, or negotiating contracts.
- Crypto Fluent: Capable of explaining complex concepts like "Non-Custodial" environments clearly, even on national TV.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- B2C Growth Experience: Previous success scaling a consumer app or fintech product within Italy.
- The "Lobbying Light" Touch: Experience navigating Italian regulatory nuances and consumer protection hurdles.
- Network: A growing roster of contacts within Italian fintech, media, and local payment platforms.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Go-to-Market Execution: Localizing the global playbook for Italy, from payment strategies to local integrations.
- Omni-Channel Creator Strategy: Building a scalable network of YouTube partners and creators across finance, tech, and lifestyle verticals to reach Italian consumers.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identifying, pitching, and closing impactful local collaborations (e.g., tax tools, banking rails).
- Trust Architecture: Leading efforts to acquire local trust signals, registering with consumer programs, and earning certifications.
- Content & PR: Serving as the primary spokesperson for Deblock at podcasts, TV panels, and industry events.
