About the Role
This isn't a distant executive role; it's for a high-bandwidth operator who will act as the operational engine and local face of our Italian market. Reporting directly to the Founders and VP of Marketing, you'll bridge the gap between strategy and execution, owning the "Trust & Growth" engine for Italy.
What We Are Looking For 🔍
- The "Elite Operator" Profile: Approximately 5 years of experience, likely starting in Management Consulting or Investment Banking, followed by significant hands-on experience in high-growth B2C startups.
- Analytical Rigor: Skilled in building models, decks, and project plans that support your ideas. Highly structured and process-driven.
- B2C Marketing DNA: Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, CAC/LTV, and brand building tailored to Italian consumers.
- Public Versatility: Comfortable presenting at conferences, podcasts, and negotiating contracts.
- Crypto Fluent: Capable of explaining complex crypto concepts like "Non-Custodial" to a broad audience, including TV viewers.

- B2C Growth Experience: Proven track record in scaling consumer apps or fintech products within Italy.
- The "Lobbying Light" Touch: Experience navigating Italian regulatory landscapes and consumer protections.
- Network: An expanding Rolodex of contacts across Italian fintech, media, and payment platforms.
Your Responsibilities 📈
- Go-to-Market Execution: Adapt and localize global strategies, handle payment integrations, andown Italy-specific roadmaps.
- Omni-Channel Creator Strategy: Build and manage relationships with YouTube influencers and creators across finance, tech, and lifestyle to reach everyday Italian consumers.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and secure collaborations with local tax tools, banking rails, and other relevant services.
- Trust Architecture: Lead efforts to acquire local trust signals, registering with consumer programs and obtaining certifications.
- Content & PR: Represent Deblock in podcasts, TV panels, and industry events as the primary spokesperson.
