Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to help Italian-speaking clients troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT products, including Microsoft Intune and Teams. This role is pivotal in delivering a seamless customer experience with IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical support and resolving client issues with IT products 🖥️
- Troubleshooting system performance, configurations, and software usage ⚙️
- Documenting solutions and collaborating with internal teams when necessary ✍️
