What You Will Do 🛠️

  • Analyze issues reported by business customers, partners, clients, or internal stakeholders and identify the best solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries through chat, email, or phone, following standard operating procedures.
  • Resolve inquiries related to online marketing products, troubleshoot issues per process guidelines, assist users in account recovery, and manage payment-related problems.
  • Adapt and innovate existing processes to craft alternative solutions or escalate complex cases to higher levels for resolution.

Requirements ✅

  • Native or near-native proficiency in Italian.
  • B2-C1 level in English.
  • Tech-savviness and curiosity about new technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks accurately and promptly.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
