What You Will Do 🛠️
- Analyze issues reported by business customers, partners, clients, or internal stakeholders and identify the best solutions.
- Address customer inquiries through chat, email, or phone, following standard operating procedures.
- Resolve inquiries related to online marketing products, troubleshoot issues per process guidelines, assist users in account recovery, and manage payment-related problems.
- Adapt and innovate existing processes to craft alternative solutions or escalate complex cases to higher levels for resolution.
Requirements ✅
- Native or near-native proficiency in Italian.
- B2-C1 level in English.
- Tech-savviness and curiosity about new technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks accurately and promptly.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
