As an Italian-Speaking Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for managing reservations and delivering outstanding customer service to our Italian-speaking guests. Your dedication will ensure smooth booking experiences, maximized occupancy, and guest satisfaction.

📝 Your Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Assist guests in making, modifying, and canceling reservations accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all reservations are processed correctly within the booking system
• Manage room inventory and optimize occupancy using effective yield management techniques
• Provide personalized assistance to Italian-speaking guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally

🎓 Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian (C2 level)
• English proficiency (minimum C1 level)
• Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite
