What We Are Looking For 🔍
We want a reliable, analytical, and organized specialist capable of managing B2B outbound campaigns. The ideal candidate understands markets, defines or refines ICPs, sources data, builds prospect lists, supports campaign setup, monitors results, and strives for continuous improvement. Tools are useful, but upstream strategic insights are even more critical.
Main Responsibilities 🎯
- Perform B2B market and target analysis
- Conduct ICP and TAM analysis
- Identify optimal data sources for each client
- Build and enrich high-quality prospect lists
- Leverage AI and enrichment tools for data enhancement
- Utilize platforms such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dropcontact, or similar
- Identify buying signals, company data, and segmentation criteria
- Support outbound campaign strategy development
- Create or review cold email sequences
- Set up and manage campaigns in platforms like Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.
- Monitor KPIs, reply rates, positive responses, and deliverability
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Participate in client calls in Italian (potentially)
Required Skills ✅
- Fluent written and spoken Italian
- Proficient in English for internal communication
- Concrete experience in B2B outbound, GTM, sales development, or demand generation
- Expertise in ICP analysis and prospect segmentation
- Experience building prospect lists from diverse data sources
- Familiarity with data enrichment and AI research workflows
- Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Dropcontact, SalesQL, Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.
- Understanding of cold email deliverability, domains, warm-up processes, SPF, DKIM, DMARC
- Ability to analyze campaign data and recommend improvements
- Strong organizational skills and project management ability
- Excellent client-facing communication in Italian
Nice to Have 🌟
- Experience managing outbound campaigns for agencies or B2B clients
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, Make, Zapier, CRM systems
- Experience working with Italian B2B firms
- Capability to craft compelling cold email copy in Italian
- Experience with international prospecting and global databases
