About the Role

In this position, you will be instrumental in assisting customers with inquiries regarding automotive insurance policies, claims, and related services. Your dedication will help maintain high customer satisfaction and strengthen client relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat 📞💻✉️
• Assist clients with insurance policy queries, claim processes, and billing questions
• Document interactions and update customer records accurately 📝

• Educate customers on insurance options, terms, and coverage

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
