Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Advisor for Booking, you will be responsible for understanding and identifying customer needs. Your role involves listening, responding, and mediating between international travelers and accommodation providers worldwide, always ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Clarify inquiries regarding service, payment, and technical requirements
- Provide accurate information and follow established processes
- Handle communications via email and phone
Requirements
- Proficiency in Italian (C2 level) and advanced English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and spoken)
- Proficient with PC tools: Office 365, CRM systems, and internal platforms
- A problem-solving and solution-driven mindset
- A positive, motivated attitude to handle challenging customer interactions
- Goal-oriented work approach
- Open-mindedness to adapt to changing priorities and business processes
- Interest in Accommodation platforms
- Previous experience in customer service or contact centers (valued but not mandatory)

Benefits & Contract Details
Working Hours & Compensation
- 38.5 hours/week (Monday to Sunday)
- Salary: €18,794 gross per year
- Available shifts: Afternoon (15:00-23:00) or Split shift (09:00-20:00)
- Temporary Contract
- 27 working days of holidays annually
