As an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will deliver exceptional assistance to Italian-speaking clients, guiding them through insurance policies, claims, and providing top-notch customer support. 🎯 Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat regarding insurance inquiries 📞📧💬

🔑 Requirements

• Fluent in Italian and English with strong communication skills 🗣️
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer support, especially within insurance or finance sectors, is preferred 💼
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 📋
