• Booking Management: Assist with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and inquiries.
• Policy Clarification: Explain rates, availability, insurance options, and contractual details clearly.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues professionally, aiming for positive outcomes.
• Documentation: Record interactions accurately while following data protection standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex support cases efficiently.

📝 Your Profile: Skills & Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent (C1 or higher) in both spoken and written Italian.
• Internal Communication: Good command of English for training and team interactions.
• Location: Must be legally residing in Malta — please note that relocation support is not provided.
• Soft Skills: Excellent people skills, proactive mindset, and strong customer focus.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and quick adaptability to new systems.
• Availability: Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
