• Provide dedicated support to our Italian-speaking clients

Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking clients with inquiries and issues related to online payment solutions 📞
• Conduct training sessions to educate clients on payment system functionalities and best practices 🎓
• Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, providing timely resolutions 🛠️
• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining comprehensive support records 📂
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex challenges 🤝
• Gather and implement client feedback to enhance service quality 📝
• Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in online payment technology 🌐

Requirements

• Fluency in both Italian and English, in speech and writing 🗣️✍️
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement 💬
• A customer-centric mindset focused on delivering high-quality service ❤️
• Basic knowledge of online payment systems is advantageous but not mandatory 🧠
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude 🔍
