Responsibilities

• Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform
• Be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of security standards for our online communities
• Improve the content management strategy
• Coordinate with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates policies
• Meet and exceed service quality, compliance regulations, and productivity targets

Qualifications

• Native or proficient level of Italian (C2)
• Advanced level of English (at least C1), both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt to challenging software systems
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Must hold EU citizenship or possess a valid work permit for Greece
• Availability to work onsite
• Flexibility to work shifts
