We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to monitor, review, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of linguistic and formatting elements in our documents, primarily in Italian.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor overall document quality to ensure adherence to client-specific and internal standards
• Review linguistic content for grammatical accuracy, appropriate terminology, and compliance with style guides
• Check formatting and layout to ensure conformity with template specifications and visual consistency

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Italian and strong command of written and verbal English (minimum B2 CEFR level)
• 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or document review, preferably in medical or life sciences
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, including formatting and revision tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
