The Role: Italian Payroll Delivery Manager 🇮🇹

Responsible for:

• Supporting operational teams to meet client deadlines with skilled and knowledgeable service
• Collaborating with management to provide expert functional and technical support to a selection of clients

Desired Skills & Experience 🎯

• Perform accurate and efficient payroll calculations, ensuring timely payment runs
• Manage and support team members effectively
• Maintain, control, and update complex personnel and payroll data in SAP HR
• Respond to and resolve personnel administration, time management, and payroll issues escalated from Tier 1 or HR Business Partners
• Advise clients on employment law implementation and assist with administrative, payroll, and legal matters
• Act as a SAP HR key user: formulate change requests, conduct functional analysis, and test configurations
• Prepare SAP HR reports
• Engage daily with departments and clients via phone and email
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients
• Stay updated on changes in employment law
• Produce payroll reports and statistical data on request

Business Skills & Qualifications 💼

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel...)
• Knowledge of SAP HR or other HR systems is a plus
• Familiarity with Italian payroll legislation
