• Experts who can document failure modes to help improve model reasoning
• Applicants with a Master’s or PhD in Italian language, linguistics, or related fields (peer-reviewed publications, translation experience, or linguistic analysis projects are a plus)
• Clear and metacognitive communicators—able to document and "show your work"

What We Offer 💸
