Role Responsibilities

• Annotate high-quality training data across text, image, and video modalities, strictly following project guidelines.
• Generate precise data annotations tailored to project specifications.
• Apply critical thinking and logical decision-making when dealing with ambiguous data scenarios.
• Proactively identify and report issues with annotation tools, including bugs or potential enhancements.
• Collaborate effectively with Language Leads, Project Managers, and technical teams to ensure dataset quality and consistency.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and demonstrate strong analytical skills to spot inaccuracies and ensure annotation accuracy.
• Adapt seamlessly to various project guidelines and specifications.
• Exhibit excellent reading comprehension in the target language, at a minimum CEFR B2 level or higher.
• Manage multiple annotation tasks efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Handle social media content, with proficiency in understanding PII and NER-related content.
• Learn and navigate diverse annotation platforms and tools quickly and effectively.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in annotation tasks, linguistic data handling, or related AI/ML projects.
• Hands-on experience with data annotation tools and software platforms.
• Strong understanding of language nuances including grammar, style, and cultural context.
• Able to adapt rapidly to shifting project directions and fast-paced environments.
• Experience creating or annotating complex data specifically for Large Language Model (LLM) training.
• Familiarity with sensitive or nuanced content in annotation projects.
• Previous exposure to Generative AI technologies and principles.
