Your Role as a Customer Technical Advisor

  • Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions received through free phone lines
  • Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer service database
  • Manage client complaints by ensuring they are logged and addressed according to the company’s escalation policy
  • Ensure timely resolution of support calls and emails within the agreed SLAs, with proper logging
  • Troubleshoot issues using open questions, support documents, and system training
  • Provide recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions

Requirements for the Customer Technical Advisor

  • High School Diploma or higher
  • Native/Fluent Italian language skills
  • Proficient English skills (C1 level)
  • Typing speed: 20 words per minute
  • Active listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
