Your Role as a Customer Technical Advisor
- Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions received through free phone lines
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer service database
- Manage client complaints by ensuring they are logged and addressed according to the company’s escalation policy
- Ensure timely resolution of support calls and emails within the agreed SLAs, with proper logging
- Troubleshoot issues using open questions, support documents, and system training
- Provide recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions
Requirements for the Customer Technical Advisor
- High School Diploma or higher
- Native/Fluent Italian language skills
- Proficient English skills (C1 level)
- Typing speed: 20 words per minute
- Active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
