Your Role 🤝

• Respond to consumer inquiries/questions via free phone lines, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
• Maintain accurate data input of consumer interactions, questions, and feedback in the customer service database.
• Handle and log client complaints according to the company's escalation policies.
• Ensure timely resolution of support calls and emails within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), logging all activities appropriately.
• Troubleshoot issues by asking open questions, using support documents, and system training methods.
• Provide helpful recommendations for common problems and frequently asked questions.

Requirements ✅

• High School Diploma or higher
• Native/Fluent Italian
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level
• Writing speed of 20 words per minute
• Active listening skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong troubleshooting skills
