Key Responsibilities 🎯

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and supportive manner

  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary

Requirements 📝

  • Strong communication skills in Italian (both written and verbal)
  • C1 level in English
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
  • Good computer literacy (training provided!)
  • Ability to work at our client’s office in Athens
