Role Description

We are seeking a passionate Italian Creator / Chef / Personality for a full-time, on-site role based in Italy. This exciting opportunity involves creating, innovating, and showcasing authentic Italian dishes that highlight regional diversity and culinary tradition. 🍽️

• Design and refine traditional and innovative recipes
• Sourcing high-quality, authentic Italian ingredients
• Collaborating with our culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
• Sharing Italy’s rich culinary heritage with both local and international audiences

As a representative of Italian culture and cuisine, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Little Italy’s legacy and delighting diners with unforgettable gastronomic moments. ❤️

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Italian cuisine, including regional dishes and traditional recipes 🇮🇹
• Proficiency in preparing, plating, and executing Italian fine dining meals 🍽️
• Creative flair in recipe development, menu design, and food presentation 🎨
• Understanding of ingredient sourcing, with familiarity in high-quality Italian products 🥫
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey culinary culture effectively 🗣️
• Experience in team collaboration and kitchen management 🧑‍🍳
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards ✔️
• Previous experience as a chef, culinary instructor, or similar role in Italian cuisine is highly desirable ⭐
• Proficiency in Italian language is preferred but not mandatory 🗣️
• A genuine passion for Italian food and culture is essential ❤️
