Our esteemed manufacturing client is seeking a highly skilled Controller fluent in Italian to join their team in Hanover Park. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead financial strategies and collaborate across global functions.

Location:

Onsite in Hanover Park (West of O'Hare)

🔹 Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, operations, R&D, and procurement teams to drive financial performance
• Support decision-making processes and ensure alignment with global HQ
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiatives
• Manage monthly & quarterly performance reviews & KPI tracking
• Deliver actionable insights on revenue, margins, and cost drivers
• Partner with functional leaders to inform business decisions
• Prepare reporting materials for HQ, board, and other global stakeholders
• Improve reporting tools, dashboards, and data quality
• Lead and develop the US-based team

• 10+ years of experience in Controlling or Managerial Finance within a manufacturing environment

• Hands-on expertise in financial modeling and performance management 📊
• Fluency in Italian (MUST) 🇮🇹

🔹 Compensation & Perks

Salary Range: $175,000 - $185,000 plus a Large Bonus 🎁
