About the Role

Job Details

• Location: Porto or Lisbon, Portugal (onsite or remote within Portugal)
• Language Requirements: Italian (C1+) + English (B2+)
• Contract Type: Full-time, with rotational shifts (including weekends if necessary)
• Relocation Support: Available for eligible candidates

What You'll Do

Customer Support 🤝

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Provide accurate information about products and services

Content Moderation 🛡️

• Review and evaluate user-generated content
• Enforce compliance with platform policies
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams
• Maintain content quality, objectivity, and safety

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in Italian (C1 or higher)
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2)
• EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit in Portugal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work on-site in Porto
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if required
