Your Role as a Customer Advisor 💼

• Respond to and document customer inquiries/questions via free phone lines;
• Maintain accurate database records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback;
• Address and log client complaints according to the company's escalation policy;
• Ensure all support calls and emails are answered and resolved within the designated SLAs and properly logged;
• Utilize open questions, support materials, and system training to troubleshoot issues;
• Provide recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions.

🔍 Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher education;
• Native or fluent Italian language skills;
• Proficiency in English at C1 level;
• Writing speed of at least 20 words per minute;
• Active listening skills;
• Strong problem-solving abilities;
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
