Main Responsibilities 🚀
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and technical hiring needs
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess both technical skills and cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS tools
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Negotiate offers and support candidate onboarding
- Stay current with tech trends and talent market insights
- Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Provide administrative support
Requirements ✅
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technical terminology
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
- Experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a dynamic environment
- Background in software, engineering, data science, or cybersecurity is a plus
- Japanese-English bilingual skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as necessary
- Ability to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift 10-25 pounds, and use various visual and hearing senses when performing duties
