About the Role

Our client, an international IT support and solutions company serving the automotive sector, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Technical Recruiter. Main Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and technical hiring needs
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess both technical skills and cultural fit
• Manage candidate pipelines using ATS tools
• Coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth hiring process
• Negotiate offers and support new hire onboarding
• Stay current with tech trends and talent market insights
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements

• Strong understanding of IT roles and technical terminology
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
• Experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a dynamic environment
• Background in software, engineering, data science, or cybersecurity is a plus
• Japanese-English bilingual skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed. Additional hours may be required based on job demands.
