Main Responsibilities 📝

• Partner with hiring managers: Define job requirements and technical hiring needs
• Source candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen candidates: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical & cultural fit
• Manage pipelines: Use ATS tools to track applicant progress
• Coordinate interviews: Ensure a smooth hiring process
• Negotiate offers & support onboarding: Facilitate smooth transitions for new hires
• Stay current: Keep up with tech trends and talent market insights
• Build relationships: Develop strong connections with candidates and stakeholders
• Provide administrative support

🔍 Requirements

• Strong understanding of IT roles and technical terminology
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
• Experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a dynamic environment
• Preferred background: Software, engineering, data science, or cybersecurity
• Japanese-English bilingual skills
• Availability: Willing to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
