Located in Farmington Hills, MI, this onsite position invites a proactive professional to partner with hiring managers, identify top talent, and support our growth in the automotive tech sector.

Main Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and technical hiring needs
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical & cultural fit
• Manage candidate pipelines using ATS tools
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process
• Negotiate offers and support seamless onboarding
• Stay current with tech trends and talent market insights
• Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Provide administrative support

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of IT roles and technical terminology
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
• Experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a dynamic environment
• Background in software, engineering, data science, or cybersecurity is a plus
• Japanese-English bilingual skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
