About the Role

Our client, an internationally recognized provider of IT solutions serving the automotive sector, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Technical Recruiter to play a pivotal role in attracting, hiring, and connecting great people with great opportunities.

Main Responsibilities 🤝

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and technical hiring needs
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical + cultural fit
• Manage candidate pipelines using ATS tools
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding procedures
• Stay current with tech trends and talent market insights
• Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements 🎯

• Strong understanding of IT roles and technical terminology
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
• Experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a dynamic environment
• Background in software, engineering, data science, or cybersecurity is a plus
• Japanese-English bilingual skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as necessary; additional hours may be required based on job demands

Physical & Work Environment 🎒

During your duties, you may intermittently sit, stand, walk, and lift weights of 10-25 pounds if needed. Visual and auditory functions such as close, distance, color, depth perception, peripheral vision, and hearing may be required.
