Position Overview

One of our esteemed clients, an international IT support and solutions provider specializing in the automotive sector, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Technical Recruiter to be a key player in sourcing and hiring top technical talent. This onsite role in Farmington Hills, MI is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and enjoy building strong relationships.

Main Responsibilities 🔑

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and technical needs
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit
• Manage candidate pipelines utilizing ATS tools
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process
• Negotiate offers and support the onboarding process
• Stay current with tech trends and talent market insights
• Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Provide administrative support

Requirements 🎯

• Strong understanding of IT roles and technical terminology
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
• Experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a dynamic environment
• Background in software, engineering, data science, or cybersecurity is a plus
• Japanese-English bilingual skills
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as necessary
