Who We’re Looking For 🔍
We seek an IT Project Manager - Product Support to join our innovative team.
Role and Responsibilities 🛠️
- Lead repair service process improvement projects through evaluation and documentation of current workflows, identifying strategies for enhancement.
- Facilitate business requirement gathering and manage comprehensive project documentation.
- Evaluate business needs, supporting project proposals with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Work closely with project teams to monitor scope and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage relationships and expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform ad-hoc projects and analyses independently or with cross-functional teams.
- Review project plans to coordinate activities effectively.
- Oversee backup, security, and user support systems.
- Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess system needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads and vendors to solicit cooperation and resolve issues.
- Provide technical support to users for computer-related problems.
Required Experience & Education 🎓
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- Experience in IT system build projects and systems management.
- Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment, and hardware/software.
- Understanding of production processes, quality control, costs, and distribution techniques.
- Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Proficiency in software such as Visual C#, Java, JSON, Node, Oracle, SQL, etc.
Necessary Skills & Attributes 🌟
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Capable of thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to exercise discretion with limited supervision.
- Korean bilingual (verbal and written) preferred.
- Effective in managing multiple projects simultaneously and time management.
- Strong verbal/written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands 🏋️♂️
The role requires occasional standing, crawling, kneeling, sitting, sorting, handling objects, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
