📝 Position Summary

This role involves engaging in sales activities such as:

• Outbound phone outreach and client visits
• Proposing IT-driven solutions to business challenges using our technology and expertise
• Project follow-up and management
• Creating proposals and quotation documents
• Managing potential leads

🎯 Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities with new and existing clients, including cold calls and door-to-door visits
• Follow up with prospective and current customers
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales orders
• Manage sales pipeline and opportunities
• Oversee project schedules and coordinate with internal teams
• Handle administrative tasks such as creating sales materials and reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

🔑 Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the US (OPT not accepted)
• Fluent in both English and Japanese
• Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Valid driver's license

🕒 Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Closed on weekends and holidays

• Salary: DOE $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 + benefits such as Medical & Dental Insurance, PTO, Sick Leave, Holidays, etc.
