Israel Qualified Attorney (Fluent in Hebrew) - US-Based 📍

Join a leading multinational technology company as an Israel-qualified attorney to provide crucial legal support across various functions in a flexible, part-time remote role, with a primary focus on Israel and European territories.

About the Role

• Support Japan-based product development teams on software licensing matters 🖥️
• Advise sales teams on commercial agreements including sales, pricing, and distribution contracts in Israel and potentially other European regions 💼
• Guide HR teams in Israel on employment law issues such as terminations, employee escalations, and communications, with assistance from in-house employment counsel and external advisors 👩‍⚖️
• Handle initial legal support for Israel litigation matters, both commercial and employment-related, coordinating with in-house experts and outside counsel ⚖️
• Develop and communicate company policies, internal training programs, and process improvements 📋
• Collaborate with the EMEA legal team to identify compliance risks, propose remedies, and implement preventive measures 🚧

Qualifications & Skills

• Qualified lawyer in Israel or England & Wales 🏛️
• Minimum 7 years of relevant legal experience post-qualification 📅
• Experience with law firm training and in-house legal roles 🎓
• Fluent in Hebrew and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills 🗣️✍️
• Ability to deliver pragmatic, risk-sensitive legal solutions ⚖️
• High energy, a positive attitude, and self-motivation with a collaborative mindset 🤝
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, networking, and influencing skills 📈

Assignment Details

• Start Date: Approximately September 8, 2025 🚀
• Duration: About 6 months, up to 30 hours per week ⏳
