We build revenue engines for restaurants and local brands. Our mission is to train tech-savvy individuals into creative and versatile marketers who plan content, direct shoots, capture videos, and foster a positive brand image.
What You’ll Do 🎬
- Videography: Plan, direct, and shoot short-form social media videos using a mobile device.
- Strategy: Transform reel inspirations or ideas into clear video directions with defined elements.
- Client Formality: Lead on-site interactions, set expectations, and secure approvals.
- Directing: Run fast-paced live shoots, capture User-Generated Content (UGC), and keep talent on script.
Training 🏫
Participate in a two-hour unpaid training sprint to obtain certification in GA’s field system. Paid work commences after certification and a paid trial project.
Compensation 💰
$26 / Hour

- Speak Mandarin and English fluently
- Move quickly and confidently with your phone camera
- Have reliable transportation or are willing to drive
- Can direct people on camera comfortably without awkwardness
- Understand hooks, offers, and outcome-driven creative content
- Are disciplined, punctual, and steady in fast-moving public settings
Requirements ✅
- An iPhone with a camera capable of recording in 4K at 60 FPS
- Reliable transportation to the job site
- Relevant experience in sales or customer service is a plus
