We are seeking a motivated professional to lead capital raising efforts, articulate complex real estate investment concepts, and build lasting investor relationships. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Capital Commitments: Own the full sales funnel, from lead generation to subscribing investors.
  • Investor Acquisition: Engage in outbound calling/emails and manage inbound leads to convert prospects into active fund partners.
  • Capital Raising Strategy: Present investment opportunities (Reg D 506(c)) through discovery calls, webinars, and meetings.
  • Relationship Management: Oversee the investor lifecycle, encouraging reinvestment and referrals.
  • Market Positioning: Clearly communicate concepts like IRR, Equity Multiples, and Cap Rates to foster trust and urgency.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed CRM records tracking investor sentiment, follow-ups, and commitments.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Manager of Investor Relations and Leadership to meet fundraising goals.

🧮 Core Qualifications

  • The "Closer" Mindset: At least 2+ years success in capital raising, private equity, or high-ticket real estate sales.
  • Financial Fluency: Strong understanding of real estate investment mechanics—including Multifamily, Value-Add, Ground-up Development, and Debt/Equity structures.
  • Exceptional Communication: Capable of building rapport with HNW individuals, family offices, and accredited investors.
  • Language Skills: Native-level English preferred; Spanish and/or Hebrew are significant advantages.
  • Systems Proficiency: Experienced with CRM management and PowerPoint for pitch decks.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Reg D 506(c) frameworks (no FINRA license required).
  • Training Willingness: Ready to undergo intensive sales training via Cardone University to enhance negotiation and closing skills.
