Role Summary

As a part of our growing team, you will deliver high-quality simultaneous and/or consecutive interpreting for a variety of events. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the target language accurately reflects the source content
• Maintaining high grammatical standards and key terminology
• Spotting and correcting inconsistencies and cultural inaccuracies
• Providing clear, high-quality audio for Remote Simultaneous Interpretation (RSI) when applicable 🎧🎙️

Candidate Requirements ✅

• Educational Background: Degree in Translation, Applied Linguistics, Interpreting, or equivalent experience
• Language Skills: Native fluency in Russian or the involved language(s); excellent command of English in comprehension and writing
• Linguistic and Cultural Competence: Deep understanding of both source and target languages and cultures
• Adaptability: Capable of working efficiently in fast-paced environments with shifting project priorities
• Professionalism: Maintain composure under pressure and adhere to deadlines
• Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience: Previous work with simultaneous and consecutive interpreting services
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with interpretation systems such as Bidule
• Bonus: Experience translating technical courses is a plus 🚀
