Role Overview

STAR7 Group is seeking talented Simultaneous Interpreters from English into Russian to join our expanding teams. The chosen linguist will provide both simultaneous and/or consecutive translation services, ensuring:

• The target text accurately reflects the source meaning
• High grammatical precision while maintaining key terminology
• Detection of inconsistencies and cultural inaccuracies
• Good audio quality during simultaneous interpretation (if applicable)

Requirements 📋

Main Qualifications

• Degree in Translation, Applied Linguistics, Interpreting, or equivalent experience
• Native speaker of Russian, or the involved language(s)
• Excellent English comprehension and writing skills
• Strong linguistic and cultural knowledge of both source and target languages
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments with shifting project priorities
• Professionalism under pressure and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Experience in simultaneous and consecutive interpreting services
• Familiarity with interpretation systems such as Bidule
• Experience translating technical courses is a plus
